A very walm welcome to the two developers behind VALO-CD¹ who have joined our development team, Otto Kekäläinen (who will also lead the Finnish Team) and Jyri-Matti Luoma (also of the Finnish Team) who will both be active developers of the main project.

One of tasks shelved to speed up the Kiwix-based Open Disc was a site redesign, as the current format isn’t particularly user friendly. The first step is our new Twitter feed, which will eventually replace the current news section as it appears now. If you visit it you’ll also notice² our new logo, which we’ll be rolling out to other areas soon. If you’re a fellow twitterer be sure to follow us for an easier way to keep up with development.
