  1. I was thinking an IRC Client would be great to include, I know IRC isn't used by a lot of people, but neither is FileZilla. But FileZilla's good for developers, etc, and X-Chat is good for developers. And maybe it'll get some kids off msn? :P

I was thinking Silverex's build, http://www.silverex.org/ . It's the best maintained and is the most feature/plugin/scripting rich.

    I love it so much I made a portable version, http://portableapps.com/node/9398 . :D

P.S. I know there's Chatzilla for Firefox, and Chatzilla's built into SeaMonkey, but I think it's better to have a full featured IRC Client.

I don't know how full-featured it is since I have never used a stand-alone IRC client, but Pidgin, which is included on the CD, does have IRC capabilities. In fact, that is what I use for IRC. (I also use Pidgin for XMPP, Yahoo, MSN, AIM, ICQ, and MySpace.)

I don't like pidgin, not as irc client, not as jabber client... cool if can handle so many protocols, but not so cool if it doesn't support users who want to get a bit more out of the protocol.
